1.1 Executive Summary

UniKey is a global unified gateway for AI capabilities and a decentralized clearing network built for the AI economic era. With the rapid development of AI models, tools, agents, and automated workflows, global AI capability is shifting from a phase of single-model invocation to a new stage characterized by multi-model synergy, agent collaboration, capability trading, and parallel value settlement. In this process, users, developers, enterprises, and AI agents all require a unified entry point to access global AI capabilities with low barriers, and to perform efficient scheduling, payment, and settlement across different capabilities, services, and participants.

UniKey is an infrastructure network built around this need. Through unified accounts, a unified interface, intelligent routing, an AI capability market, an agent market, an automated workflow market, and an agent payment and settlement network, it integrates fragmented global AI models, tools, agents, workflows, and developer services into an open network that is callable, tradable, composable, and settlable.

UniKey does not directly participate in the training, deployment, or holding of foundational large models; rather, it positions itself as a neutral connection layer and value circulation layer within the AI industry chain. Currently, global AI capabilities are distributed across different vendors, regions, platforms, and billing systems. Users wishing to utilize multiple mainstream models and tools simultaneously often face the burden of registering separate accounts, binding payment methods, maintaining multiple interfaces, managing numerous bills, and assuming risks such as rate limits, account bans, regional restrictions, payment failures, and service instability. For developers and enterprises, this fragmented structure significantly increases the cost of access and operational complexity for AI applications. For future AI agents, traditional account and payment systems are even less equipped to support autonomous service invocation, automated payments, and multi-party revenue distribution. UniKey reduces access complexity through unified interfaces and intelligent routing; enhances payment flexibility through on-chain deposits and an AI Credits mechanism; connects payments, staking, equity, and ecosystem application scenarios via the KEY token; and promotes the evolution of AI capabilities from single-time invocation to a service-oriented, commoditized, and networked state through a multi-tier market system.

UniKey’s core product system consists of five components: the AI capability routing network, the AI capability trading market, the agent trading market, the automated workflow trading market, and the agent payment and settlement network. Through these five modules, UniKey will evolve from a single AI capability gateway into the underlying network of the AI economy.

The value foundation of UniKey stems from real AI capability consumption and genuine business transactions. Model invocations, AI service purchases, agent service consumption, workflow executions, enterprise-level interface usage, and ecosystem service transactions all generate real business traffic and settlement demands. As the core token of the UniKey ecosystem, KEY will play a role in scenarios such as payment discounts, service purchases, developer onboarding, agent publishing, workflow listing, node equity, platform membership, market recommendations, and ecosystem incentives. AI Credits serve as internal AI consumption vouchers, designed to handle the high-frequency consumption demands generated by model invocations, agent services, and workflow executions. Through the two-layer design of AI Credits and KEY, UniKey is able to support high-frequency, low-friction AI consumption while allowing KEY to carry long-term ecosystem application value.

UniKey’s long-term goal is not to become just another AI model platform or a simple model aggregation tool, but to become a unified network connecting models, tools, developers, enterprise users, agents, and on-chain value systems. It aims to solve long-term problems such as "how to connect global AI capabilities," "how to enable the free trading of AI services," "how to enable autonomous collaboration and payment for agents," and "how to form a unified value circulation network for the AI economy." As AI evolves from a production tool into a production network, models will become foundational capabilities, agents will become task execution units, workflows will become production processes, data will become vital production materials, and payment and settlement networks will become the underlying support for the entire intelligent economy. UniKey’s mission is to unify these elements, allowing them to flow efficiently within an open, composable, tradable, and settlable network.

1.2 Project Vision

UniKey’s vision is to become the global capability gateway and value clearing network for the AI economic era. We aim to allow any user, developer, enterprise, or agent to access global AI capabilities through a single unified entry point and to complete invocations, transactions, collaborations, and settlements within the same network. In the past, AI capabilities existed primarily in the form of siloed platforms, individual accounts, and isolated services. In the future, AI capabilities will not be used merely as single models but will enter real business scenarios through model combinations, tool calls, agent collaborations, workflow executions, and service trading. UniKey aspires to be the underlying connector in this new AI economic structure, enabling global AI capabilities to be accessed uniformly, AI services created by developers to be traded effectively, agents to collaborate and pay autonomously, and value to flow efficiently among ecosystem participants.

UniKey pursues long-term infrastructure, not short-term traffic. In this network, users need only one UniKey to access different types of AI capabilities; developers can package their capabilities into services, agents, or workflows and earn commercial revenue; enterprises can manage the procurement of AI capabilities across multiple models, tools, and vendors via a single account and interface; agents can possess independent invocation credentials and payment capabilities to autonomously complete task collaborations and service settlements; and ecosystem participants can form payment, staking, equity, and application scenarios around KEY. By doing so, UniKey connects decentralized AI productivity into a unified economic network, moving AI capabilities from the tool layer into the market, collaboration, and settlement layers.

Our Chinese slogan is "一键接入全球 AI,一网承载智能经济" (Access Global AI with One Click, Host the Intelligent Economy with One Network). "Access Global AI with One Click" represents UniKey’s direct value at the product layer: lowering the threshold for accessing global AI capabilities. "Host the Intelligent Economy with One Network" represents our long-term strategic goal: to go beyond model invocation and host complex economic activities such as AI service trading, agent commercialization, workflow assetization, and agent payment and settlement. UniKey hopes to evolve from a simple entry point into an essential infrastructure for the future AI economy.

1.3 Project Mission

UniKey’s mission is to lower the barriers to accessing, trading, and settling global AI capabilities, enabling them to be called, combined, traded, and circulated like digital assets. In the current market, AI capability usage remains highly fragmented. Different model vendors use different interface standards, billing models, access rules, and service stability levels. For end-users, this means higher learning and usage costs; for developers, more complex interface adaptation and system maintenance; for enterprises, heavier procurement, risk control, and accounting burdens; and for AI agents, it is nearly impossible to operate autonomously within traditional financial and account systems. UniKey’s mission is to hide this complexity behind protocols and platforms through unified interfaces, accounts, intelligent routing, and an on-chain settlement system, allowing end-users to focus solely on the AI capabilities themselves.

UniKey is also committed to driving the marketization of AI capabilities. AI capabilities should not reside solely within a few large platforms. With the development of the developer ecosystem, a vast number of AI services, professional agents, and automated workflows in vertical scenarios possess independent commercial value. A workflow for cross-border e-commerce content production, an agent for industry investment research, or a service module for automated customer service can all essentially become standardized, reusable, and tradable AI capability assets. UniKey aims to provide the infrastructure for publishing, showcasing, trading, settling, and continuously monetizing these capabilities.

Furthermore, our mission is to provide native payment and settlement infrastructure for the future "Agent Economy." As agents evolve from辅助 (auxiliary) tools into sustainable task-execution units, they will generate significant service calls and value exchanges among themselves. A traditional payment system struggles to support such high-frequency, micro-payment, automated, multi-party value flows, whereas on-chain accounts and token systems are better suited for the native payment needs between agents. UniKey’s agent payment and settlement network is built for this future, providing the foundation for autonomous execution and revenue distribution.

1.4 Core Positioning

UniKey is a combination of a global AI capability gateway, an AI capability trading market, an agent ecosystem market, a workflow asset market, and an agent payment and settlement network. It is not a single product, but a complete infrastructure system built around the circulation of AI capabilities. The capability gateway solves the problem of how users can quickly access global models and tools; the trading market addresses the commoditization and trading of AI services; the agent ecosystem market handles the publishing, usage, and commercialization of agents; the workflow asset market solves the standardization and reusability of complex AI application flows; and the agent payment and settlement network addresses how agents can automatically pay and split revenue in the future. These modules connect to form UniKey’s AI economic network.
